Since few days, requests for Gmail invitation are strongly increasing on my blog as I've been offering some through it in a post few weeks ago.... The story has nothing new or original, rather is a confirmation of what every blogger already knows.
I've been offering 5 Gmail invitations on the 18th of october in a post titled "Gmail invitation". They've been all left in a week. Suddenly, 7 weeks later, I am receiving each day several requests for these Gmail invitations. I was wondering whether it could be the lack of time for Google cach to refresh itself, so I did a Google on "Gmail invitation" and the result was amazingly that my blog appeared just after Google Gmail official website itself....before 91200 other results.... Have a look there to see it.
This is not a big surprise as we all know how blogs might be powerfull to create visibility thanks to hyperlinked key words, but when you're experiencing it yourself, it remains estonishing anyway....
So again, they're all left, I don't have any more Gmails...;o)
The same thing happend to me. Google was giving me several gmail invites...5, 10, 20, etc. And suddenly, "it" stopped. I still get people contacting me some several months back.

There is no "e-mail me" on your very interesting PR Thoughts ! So I can't explain anything about the Cluetrain. Let's see that tomorrow. (You can destroy this comment my friend and thank you for your Manifesto :=)
